The VFW parking lot will be reserved for participants to gather as we reveal this lasting tribute to the spirit of Brookings. Following the ceremony\, the VFW will be open to the public for anyone who would like to head inside and continue the celebration!\nThe mural is a project of the Brookings Regional Growth Alliance and funded by a grant from the Brookings Public Arts Commission.
