SUMMARY:Mini-Camp Three: Fun & Games on the Farm
DESCRIPTION:Do you know a 5-11 year old looking for an adventure this summer? Have them join the Prairie Learning Academy and Good Roots Farm and Gardens for a nature-based mini-camp this summer! Camp 3\, “Fun & Games on the Farm\,” will focus on: \n\nGood sportsmanship\, team-building\, and cheering for others.\nYoga: Be present in and listen to your body. Stretching\, warm-up\, fitness\, and cardio health.\nTeam sports.\nFarm Olympics- silly competitions and races.\n\nCamps are supervised by vetted\, experienced educators\, and/or background-checked school volunteers\, and Good Roots Farm staff. Visiting enrichment providers are experienced field experts or educators. \nFacilitated experiences will comprise roughly 1.5 hours of the day while much of the day will involve child-directed activity\, hands-on exploration\, and collaborative play. \nAll camps will explore nature and farm life! \nCost is $90 for the first child per camp\, and $80 per additional child/per camp.
