Each class requires a minimum number of students enrolled to ensure adequate accommodations\, materials\, and payment for the instructor. \n\nAs we make decisions regarding classes based on a variety of factors\, including the number of students enrolled\, we are generally unable to offer make-up classes\, credits\, or refunds for classes missed if notice is not given within 48 hours of the scheduled class start time. If you are unable to make it to a class and notify us more than 48 hours in advance\, a refund will be sent to you. Credits for classes will not be held. \n\nIn the event of an instructor or BAC issued cancellation at any point after registration\, a refund will be processed or the class will be rescheduled if possible.

The program will be conducted in the museum’s gallery in the Pose | Repose exhibition\, which focuses on figural representations.  \nBetty L Beer is a regional contemporary realist painter who has been painting and drawing since childhood. She studied Art Studio at Oberlin College and Edinburgh University\, Edinburgh\, Scotland and then took a break from art to practice law. She is now a retired attorney and has lived in Brookings\, SD since 1996. She works in oil and pastel and specializes in portraits and landscapes.
