A Solar Eclipse Night
The Nook is partnering with Dr. Judy Vondruska, SDSU Physics Professor, to get ready for the “The Great North American Eclipse” that will take place on Monday, April 8, 2024.
Judy has a fun presentation with fun facts, safety tips and hands-on activities. This is a wonderful event for kids and adults alike! As a special bonus, Karma Korn will be on-site for COSMIC popcorn and drinks for purchase. Grab your friends, the kiddos and come join us at the Nook!
Join us for one of our evening sessions; 5:30-6:30 p.m. or 7-8 p.m. We encourage you to bring an empty cereal box to create your own viewer.
Each participant will receive a free set of certified safe viewing glasses. The Nook will have extra viewing glasses available for purchase.
