Celebrate the sparkle and joy of the holiday season! Downtown Brookings will be lit up and ready for your family to enjoy the 30th Annual Festival of Lights celebration. Pre-parade activities begin as early as 4 p.m. and the parade kicks-off at 7 p.m.
