Downtown Brookings invites you to enjoy a day of fall festivities, fun, and shopping during the “Fall for Downtown” event in September! From 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, Main Avenue in Brookings will be bustling with activities the whole family can enjoy, including:

Chili Cook-off
Calling all community members who love chili! On Saturday, September 14th, from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., visit various Downtown Brookings businesses to taste eight competing chilis. One chili will reign supreme and claim a trophy and cash prize. Pre-purchase your $10 tasting ticket to support the mission of the Downtown Brookings 501c3 non-profit.
