Celebrate the sparkle and joy of the holiday season! Downtown Brookings will be lit up and ready for your family to enjoy the annual Festival of Lights parade. Other activities include Letters to Santa, cookie tasting, free hot cocoa, crafts for kids, and a window decorating contest.
