Hotdish Cook-Off
Bring a hot dish (or casserole, if that’s what you call it) and your recipe to share with the crowd of taste testers. Judges will announce the “Best Hot Dish in Brookings” at the end of the night.
Contestants can Click here to register starting February 13.
If you would like to be a taste tester and gather some yummy recipes, no registration is required. Just show up ready to try some hot dish.
