Week 5 DT@SD: Soca Jukebox

Downtown at Sundown is a 5-week, outdoor music festival offering FREE admission, FREE kids activities, a variety of local food and beverage options, and local retail vendors. Each night kicks off with vendors opening at 5:30 p.m., followed by the headliner band at 6 p.m! There are several engaging activities and booths for guests to enjoy including face painting, inflatables, yard games, retail/shopping booths, local business booths, food/drink stands with goodies available for purchase and more!
The primary goal of Downtown at Sundown is to create an all-ages event and central gathering place for community members and visitors every Thursday, July 22 – August 19! This year we’ve DOUBLE our space with the stage centering on the intersection of 5th Street & Main.
This week’s band is Soca Jukebox. Soca Jukebox is a soulful act that encompasses elements of calypso, reggae, and island rock. The unique combination of rhythmic percussion and electrifying guitar solos makes Soca Jukebox a crowd favorite. The group has been busy in summer 2021 with back-to-back performances across Missouri, Kansas, Wisconsin, and Nebraska.
