Four free Wellness Wednesdays, open to the public, September 25 through October 16, 5:15-6:15 p.m. Yoga Instructor Mandy Lyons will offer a 4-part series exploring four of the chakras through a yoga practice in the “A Beautiful Despair” gallery, where Anila Agha’s cube casts luxurious shadows in every direction.
