WILL Luncheon: High Performer Habits with Lora Hayes

According to studies, emotional intelligence accounts for 60 percent of work performance. This training focuses on the core principles that characterize excellence in high performers. In order to increase performance outcomes, High Performer Habits training provides a personalized experience where participants will elevate their foundational interpersonal skills through emotional intelligence.
Back by popular demand from last year’s WIL Half Day Summit, Lora Hayes, is trained in education and has a unique background in organizational leadership, healthcare, nonprofit organizations, professional coaching, public speaking, and employee training. As a Minnesota native and a graduate of Southwest Minnesota State University, Lora’s favorite pastime entails connecting with community members and spending time with her husband and daughters.
