Yellow and Blue Discovery Day

Join South Dakota State University for Yellow and Blue Discovery Day, a free Saturday event designed to help prospective students explore academic programs while learning more about life at SDSU.

This program is ideal for high school juniors who are exploring their academic options and seniors who are finalizing their college plans. Students will have the opportunity to learn more about programs they are interested in, connect with faculty and staff, and experience what it’s like to be part of the SDSU community.

The April 18, 2026 event will feature programs from the College of Education and Human Sciences, College of Natural Sciences, College of Pharmacy and Allied Health Professions, and the College of Nursing. Yellow and Blue Discovery Day is a great opportunity to explore academic interests and start envisioning your future at SDSU.
