Nurturing the Hoop of Life with Dallas Chief Eagle
This Lakota-style hoop dance, performed with 24 hoops, invites audiences young and old to experience the heart and soul of Chief Eagle’s life works. Chief Eagle (M.A., C.G.P.S.) is a Rosebud Sioux Tribal Member, World Hoop Dance Champion, Storyteller, SD Arts Council Touring Artist and Co-Founder of All Nations Gathering Center.

Prairie Striders Running Club is organizing a free, noncompetitive Thanksgiving run at 9 a.m. for all walkers and runners in the community as well as holiday visitors.
