Artist Workshop: Weaving with Julie Dent

Join exhibiting artist Julie Dent in a unique workshop that explores some of the methods she uses to create her own work.

• Ages 13+

• No prior weaving experience required

• Students should bring a stick longer than 8” if possible, students are also welcome to bring the following supplies to use or share:

  • Interesting yarn, roving, strings, or strips of fabric

  • Feathers

  • Flexible reeds

  • Dried flowers or plants

Julie’s exhibition will be on display in our galleries from February 22nd to March 24th, 2024. Opening reception is Thursday, February 22nd from 5:30-7pm, all are invited and welcome.
