Beef 20/20

SDSU Extension will host a hands-on workshop for cattle industry members January 3-5 held in the Animal Science Complex and Animal Science Arena on the campus of South Dakota State University.
Beef 20/20 is a three-day educational program for beef producers, purveyors, consumers, and other industry stakeholders. This year the program will cover a variety of topics including market beef evaluation, carcass grading and pricing, hands-on beef carcass fabrication, and factors that affect the eating quality of beef.
Registration
The cost to attend is $130, which includes the evening meals on Tuesday and Wednesday, lunch on Wednesday, break time refreshments and a binder of materials. Please register using the website link below by November 30.
