Kool Beans Coffee and Roasterie

Kool Beans Coffee and Roasterie is committed to using direct, collaborative and fairly traded organic coffee beans. Located in the Historic 1894 Building on Main Avenue, they share the oldest building in downtown Brookings with Mosaic Wine Bar and Small Plates.

The roasting process is done in small batches to produce the best fresh cup of coffee, they can even custom roast, package and label according to your preference.

They offer a wide variety of coffee and tea beverages including cold brew, chai and coffee flights in the fall, holiday season and Valentine’s Day! They also serve kombucha on-tap from Scobi Kombucha (Hot Springs, SD) and fresh-baked goods from Cottleston Bakery (Brookings, SD).
