The Pheasant serves Nordic Waffles on Saturday and Sunday. Nordic Waffles are soft and chewy, made with wholesome ingredients, a whisper of cardamom, and farm-fresh eggs. While you’re there, make a stop in their Pheasant Cellar and Olive Oil & Balsamic Tasting Bar offers guests the opportunity to sample over 40 varieties of olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
