Pheasant Restaurant & Lounge
Every family has a legacy and the Pheasant Restaurant & Lounge is no different. Established in 1949, the Pheasant has more than six decades of tradition and family ownership under its belt and continues to offer guests something new and unexpected.
You’ll enjoy a classic dining experience with a twist! Bring your appetite and enjoy true South Dakota staples like Pheasant salad wraps, bison burgers, duck wings, and the ever-decadent, Trevor’s Artisan Ice Cream. The Pheasant serves Nordic Waffles on Saturday and Sunday. Nordic Waffles are soft and chewy, made with wholesome ingredients, a whisper of cardamom, and farm-fresh eggs. While you’re there, make a stop in their Pheasant Cellar and Olive Oil & Balsamic Tasting Bar offers guests the opportunity to sample over 40 varieties of olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
The Pheasant Restaurant & Lounge is a James Beard America’s Classic 2024 restaurant award winner.
