Historic Preservation Speaker: Preservation Through Design: Thoughtful Additions to Historic Homes

In this talk, Molly Richter, AIA, of Hogan Richter Architects, will show how sensitive additions can quietly extend the life of historic homes while celebrating everything that makes them special.. Molly is a licensed architect with over 20 years of experience in residential design, including extensive work on historic homes and sensitive additions. Her projects range from coastal homes in Maine to 19th-century houses in New England and recent historic work in Sioux Falls. She designs each addition as a respectful continuation of the home’s original architecture.
