Laura Schoen Carbonneau

Through the years Laura’s adventures have taken her to the top of Mt. Rushmore, to stepping foot (literally one foot) in North Korea, and to a honeymoon surprise trip to London and Mallorca Spain, planned by a group of friends. Whether it’s serving as a Location Producer for the Amazon Prime TV Series Fireball Run or coordinating the welcome center and information booths for the Vietnam War Memorial Dedication in Pierre, Laura strives to find the best possible way to showcase a community. A South Dakota native, Laura earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communications with an emphasis in Broadcast Journalism from the University of South Dakota. She put her degree to work at KEVN-TV in Rapid City and KSFY-TV in Sioux Falls before joining the CVB world.
