Lake Cochrane Recreation Area
Experience the great outdoors on Lake Cochrane Recreation Area located northeast of Brookings. A boat ramp is available for those who love fishing and other water sports. A total of 30 campsites and one cabin are available year-round. Showers, water, and a playground area are also available. Other activities include, basketball, golf, horseshoes, soccer, swimming, and volleyball.

- Daily: $8
- Annual: $36 first vehicle, $18 second vehicle, $80 transferable
- Campsites (electrical): $26
- Cabins: $55 per night
