Ceramics Teen Summer Camp

Ceramics: We will learn several different hand building techniques, including but not limited to, additive and reductive sculpting, slab and coil. Creating both functional and sculptural ceramic art.
Join us at the BAC this summer to learn and create ceramics during our summer teen art camps. These are open to all ages but geared towards ages 11 and up. Teens will be guided through various ceramic projects each day throughout the week. All supplies will be provided with the cost of the class.
The Brookings Arts Council will be hosting as many of our camps outside as possible under tents during the summer. While inside the BAC mask will still be required.
This camp will require a second time two weeks after the class has finished to glaze works. A signup genius will be provided and times to complete glazing. Time required will only equal two hours at most. Scholarships available.
