Sydney Wood

Sydney joined Visit Brookings after completing her undergraduate degree in Journalism at South Dakota State University in May of 2021. Sydney has a special place in her heart for the community that took care of her throughout her four years as a student giving her ample amounts of motivation to lift up all Brookings attractions, businesses and restaurants through dedicated marketing efforts. Having spent most of her life living in South Dakota, Sydney loves everything about the 605 and enjoys telling the stories of the people and places that make it such a great place to visit.
