Good Roots Farm and Gardens
Good Roots Farm and Gardens is a true family affair founded by Bill and Julie Ross. Featuring a gorgeous, rustic 95-year-old restored barn, this venue is perfect for couples who want to honor family and community. Just 1 mile north of town, Good Roots offers seven ceremony locations on 40 acres with endless photo sites. Guests can enjoy wood-fired pizzas and garden salads made with farm-fresh ingredients, play yard games, feed goats and congregate around a fire pit. Amenities include an assortment of vintage and versatile rustic decor, a getting-ready space, and banquet-style tables and chairs.

McCrory Gardens
The region’s only botanical garden, McCrory Gardens is the ultimate classic wedding venue. An oasis within Brookings, McCrory offers abundant formal gardens or arboretum grounds for an outdoor service. Indoor ceremonies take place in a stunning space featuring high ceilings and ample natural light. Indoor reception space is available, along with the Terrace Garden, an intimate outdoor nook with an urban, yet serene feel. Plentiful photo opportunities are available throughout the venue’s nature-filled grounds.

Schadé Vineyard and Winery
Schadé Vineyard and Winery combines romance and charm in an ideal location. Just 10 minutes from Brookings, the venue offers an intimate vineyard setting. Toast the occasion with Schadé’s authentic wine from fruits grown on or near the vineyard. Receptions take place in an outdoor tent accommodating up to 400 people. Members of the wedding party are invited to stay at the venue’s Airbnb open-concept home with room for up to 16 guests.
