Visitors looking for a scenic dining experience can find a perfect spot 20 minutes south of town. Located on Lake Campbell, Brookings Country Club is the ideal dining location for all occasions. Customers have their pick of new weekly features, locally sourced upscale meals or classic bar food to take on the course.
Two key features set the BCC apart from other local offerings: innovative chef-driven means and an impressive lakeside view. Providing the freshest food to customers is BCC’s top priority. “We make everything here.” said Matthew Chapman, Executive Chef.
Chef Matt and his team work to create new meals weekly, showcasing seasonal proteins and produce. During the summer, BCC featured a light fish paired with fruit salsa. In the fall, Chef matt focuses on sides with harvest season product, such as carrots and corn, giving guests an opportunity to dine weekly to see different specials.
Brookings Country Club provides a serene dining atmosphere while overlooking the lake. During University athletic events or downtown festivals, it’s an escape from the frenzy. While BCC is a semi-private golf club, the dining experience is open to everyone.
During the golf off-season (November-April), BCC dining is open from 4 to 9 p.m. Thursday-Saturday with brunch from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Sundays. In season, BCC dining is open 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Sundays. The schedule can vary depending on when the golf course closes in winter and open in spring.
