Nestled in the heart of Downtown Brookings, the Bunny Trail is a fun outdoor activity for people of all ages.
The adventure starts at the murals in the alley at 415 4th St. and continues through the neighborhood where 12 hidden rabbits await discovery. In addition to the hidden bunnies, you’ll encounter three stunning murals which bring the area to life. Each mural is created with unique colors and themes, inspired by a box of crayons. These artistic displays brighten up the alley to help instill a sense of safety at night while encouraging visitors to pause and appreciate local talent.
This project is a true community effort. Artists and poets have contributed to filling the trail with artistry. Generous locals have offered their buildings as hidden rabbit locations.
A handy map available on the Downtown Brookings website (www.downtownbrookings.com/bunny-trail) makes it easy for families and friends to navigate to each location.
